Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By using alehsanwaterwells.com or any part of the Al Ehsan Water Wells platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate details, keep your login secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Organisation administrators and field staff may only invite and manage users within the access granted to them. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or unlawful activity.
3. Sponsorships and payments
Sponsorship amounts shown at checkout cover the drilling, installation and documentation described for that project. Funds are applied to well construction and associated delivery costs. Because work begins promptly after funds are allocated, sponsorships are generally non-refundable once construction has started; before that point, contact us and we will consider reallocation or refund in good faith.
4. Project delivery
Completion timelines are estimates. Ground conditions, weather, access and local approvals can affect delivery. If a specific site proves unviable, we may relocate the well to a comparable site of equal need and will inform you. Dedications, plaques and certificates are produced from the details you supply; please check spellings before submitting.
5. Content and connected accounts
You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant us a licence to store, process and display it for the purpose of delivering and documenting your project. You must not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful material. Where you connect a Google Drive account, you confirm you are authorised to do so; your connection is used only to provide the Drive features you requested and can be disconnected at any time. Use of connected accounts is also subject to that provider's own terms.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the platform's security, or use it to impersonate others or misrepresent charitable activity.
7. Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in relation to the sponsorship concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
